"We were 2 year tenants of a residence managed by Management One First Choice Property Management in Bellevue Nebraska. I wanted to express our satisfaction with the property management company and agent – from the clarity of communication with the lease to the ease of maintenance requests with speedy results (might I add that the maintenance men were always very polite and knowledgeable). Larry Sudman, our agent, seemed genuinely concerned about the property and our liking. He was always friendly, pleasant to converse with, and very experienced in the rental procedures.
