Single Family Home Retirement Strategy

This is one of our most popular programs.  As the investor, you control everything but don’t have to do any of the work. This is a true retirement program. Unlike your retirement in mutual funds or 401k where you rely on fund managers to make decisions for you, in this case, you make 100% of the decisions. Therefore your assets have a higher chance of actually being there at your retirement, unlike many other retirement portfolios we’ve seen implode in the last 10 years where people’s entire retirement assets have been wiped out.

Q. Should I buy and flip properties or buy and hold?

A. This will depend on a number of factors from your income, assets and liabilities, your age, and your financial goals and objectives. The second answer to this question is in some cases we have investors do both. Just like in stocks you have converative stocks and more risky, higher return stocks.

Q. So how do you determine this?

A.  Once we sit down with you and review all of your assets, liablilities, income, and cash flow, etc., we will set out up to 3 differrent strageies for you. You can do as much or as little as you want.

Q. Is this just a one time consulting thing?

A. No. Each year we have you come into our office and set out your stratgey for the next year and update your portfolio.

Q. How many consulting sessions does it take and what does the Real Estate Investment  Counseling cost?

A. It take about 3 hrs in two separate appointments at our office and there is no charge for your first two consultation sessions and to set out your first investment stratagies. If you decide (like most) to continue with the annual consulting services, there is a moderate fee of a few hundred dollars.

Q. So how do you make your money then?

A. Great question. When we purchase a piece of Real Estate for your portfolio we are paid a commission from the seller of that property and we receive a management fee for managing your property. Therefore, as long as you represent the buyer, you never pay us anything except a moderate annual fee which is also a tax write off/business expense.
